GPU was broken

I ordered a computer with a GPU that was supposed to be functioning, but when it arrived, it was broken. Customer service confirmed that the part was defective and instructed me to return the item so they could send another one. FedEx mishandled the package and refused to pay for damages. IBuyPower told me they wouldn't send a new product until the old one was paid for in full. My solid state drive also failed and I have spent four days searching online for solutions with no luck. Do not buy from this company!
