Awful customer service experience - and I did not get my shoes yet (day11). You won't find any 1 star reviews from me anywhere else - just to indicate I don't complaint quickly.
March 7: order shoes via chat with Araceli because if I did I will get a free 2 day delivery. Took long time. Confirmed payment went through. Yes. I'd get my shoes no later than Wednesday March 10.
March 10: no shoes.
March 11: Spoke to Jessica. Payment didn't go through - due to new system - so paid again, went through, and I'd have my shoes Saturday, latest Monday. She would personally call order department to make sure they went out.
Monday March 15: No shoes. Jory saw what went wrong, spoke to supervisor, spared you the details of the new system, BUT now they would go out with an overnight shipment, arriving no later than Wednesday March 17 (today): no shoes
Called with Taylor this time - shoes not shipped yet - but now I will get them no later than Friday.
Hopefully day 13 is now my lucky number and I will get my shoes even if it is one day before my intense hike - having had no chance to walk them in.
