I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the furniture I purchased from Pottery Barn. I ordered two chairs and an ottoman in February 2021, which were to be delivered in August of that year. The seams on one of the chairs tore apart before we even took delivery, however, and this necessitated replacement chairs to be ordered. They were finally scheduled to be delivered in June 2022, but when they arrived at my home today only one chair had been shipped. I requested they ship all three pieces together, which they confirmed they would do over a month ago; however, when the truck driver called he said they were only able to deliver one chair. The remaining piece was missing and has evidently been lost by Pottery Barn despite their assurances that it would not be! I am currently on hold with yet another customer service representative who has assured me he will look into this matter for me personally—however, it appears this is not the first time he has made this same promise.
