I placed a large order with several types of sweatshirts, tshirts, and logos. While almost all items were perfect, there was a printing issue with two shirts. I chatted with Anthony and uploaded photos of the two items for his review. He apologized for the issues, and offered to replace both items with no charge to me. Anthony was extremely polite, and the online chat feature was quick and easy to use.
I was very satisfied with the quality of our other items - especially the applique sweatshirts. I have already placed a second order, and will continue to be a customer in the future.
