Customer service is the best!
I had an issue with my order and contacted the company through email. Phoebe and the team guided me through the return process and helped me repair one of the dresses (it was slipping at a seam). The entire process was easy, and they were incredibly helpful. They are also extremely prompt in their responses which I appreciated probably more than anything else. I will definitely be ordering from them again (already have another order on the way).
