I should have read the reviews before placing my order with HomeSquare. After placing my order on July 1st, I received a confirmation email indicating that I would receive my order between July 18-21, which would be in time for when my guests were scheduled to arrive. However, it turned out that my order was delayed another month. When I tried calling HomeSquare's customer service number, I wasn't able to get through because the line was constantly busy or frequently went straight to voicemail. When I did manage to contact them via email, they told me that there would be a restocking fee if I canceled my order even before it left their warehouse, something which was not stated in the terms and conditions when I made the purchase. Considering that there were 62% negative reviews for this company on other websites, I'm now sure why this store has such bad ratings.
