Their team has no idea what is going on. If you call with a problem (we had several problems with our contract) and my husband and I have both spent literally hours on the hold. We were transferred between departments and then when you finally reach someone, they have no idea what is going on with your issue. You have to start from the beginning, only to find out they have to transfer you AGAIN. Now I have no way of getting my title back. What a joke.
