They stole from me £79.99 for 1y…
They stole from me £79.99 for 1y subscriptions where I disputed that in sep 2021, finally in Jan 2022 they managed to track down the transaction and they playing a pin pong game to ask my bank to dispute it there as they cannot provide any refund after 30 days.
Totally very poor customer service - every time I called, 1h at least on the phone its the same story or they disconnecting the call.
