Couldn't restore account

For the past couple of days, my account has not worked. I tried to reset my password via email. However, to no avail. After reaching out to chat support, I was informed that my account had been terminated and all cashback rewards were gone with no reason given. I had paid for a subscription and received nothing in return. This appears to me as a fraudulent company operating behind closed doors.
