Item was faulty within 4 months of purchase and I was told to return for refund. Return was then rejected as item was worn. Consumer law states the retailer must provide evidence the item was not faulty at point of sale within first 6 months, haven't received any evidence of this. Fault has been completely ignored and not acknowledged at any point. Adviser on chat then claimed there was no complaints dept and the only way to escalate was via the review websites. Didn't realise ASOS were this awful. I never had any issues previously.
