HORRIBLE
A week ago I ordered a refrigerator for delivery. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, it was not delivered. I called Lowes and was told that the courier was knocking and ringing the doorbell, but no one answered him. I was at home all day and no one called me. Then I rescheduled the meeting for 2 days later, but my order was never delivered to me. They had some problems with the delivery that day, and no one warned me until I called and asked. And for a week now they have been postponing the delivery date.
