Worst experience ever
One of the worst PC companies in the business, I purchased a PC and was sent a faulty SSD, which caused me to lose all work on the SSD as well as all Windows files. The PC didn’t work at all after this. A new SSD was sent, but then a month later I received another faulty PC that wouldn’t start up at all. I sent it back and they sent me another one that broke within a month of use. In total I have spent £4100 on this joke of a PC which I should have just built myself for cheaper. It has been one of the worst mistakes of my life buying from them.
