I will never use this company again

I ordered a fragrance that I usually buy in department stores. It was less than half the price. When it arrived, the packaging was not sealed, the fragrance was absolutely terrible and smelled completely different from the real one, and the color was yellow. There is no response from customer support. This is a fraudulent company.
