Recently, I mistakenly submitted an order. I sought to have it canceled immediately, and received a reply the next day from Niki, who said that she had submitted a request to cancel the order but did not know if it would be granted because there was a limit on when orders could be canceled. Once I pressed the button to submit the order, I went back and tried to cancel it myself but there was no option for canceling; therefore, I contacted support immediately. Niki said that she submitted a request but didn't know if it would be granted because of the time limit. The unwanted order is now being shipped, and I have tried contacting Niki again with no response. I am going to contact headquarters about this situation because lying to my customers is not justified.
