Don't mess with them! If I could give this bank zero stars I would. They don't have enough staff, and no one knows what's going on, constant failures in the system.
I had some business money here, and they started requesting confirmation, stating that they had sent a request a week ago (which I hadn't seen). Then the next day, without giving the opportunity to fully collect what they required for confirmation, they simply closed the account, froze my money and said they would send the check in about 14 working days. Just terrible service!
