I was extremely happy with great customer service and very helpful and very quick with her responses.Managed to get refund & shipping lable by calling customer service number z .return Great service with return They returned my money for a itemI also was lured in by the cute cat tops, can honestly say they do look like the picture I ordered 2 for my mother in law. But my order was incorrect. My order also took a long time to come. First of all the quality of the fabric is very poor. They committed one of the sweatshirts and one of the T-shirts is the wrong one. I have been emailing back and forth for weeks and finally did recieve the sweatshirt You could have read a newspaper through the flimsy fabric, and again, I could not wear i t.i have been trying to reach customer service for refund & return i went on i went on the google internet and i found this number which was i do the research about company and i found this number which was +1--8 Four 5 seven nine FIVE three zero NINE NINE I contacted them when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that got my money back thanks for great service This is the best experience I have ever had with this company
