I purchased a garage door light that arrived defective. I immediately notified Mercari for an exchange. The only method of communication is through their portal which would not accept my e-mail address. Subsequently, my request was refused. It wasn't until I disputed the matter with Paypal that they began to listen. However, they refused to replace the defective light and wanted to give me their store credit. Having given my a hard time throughout this return process I refused. This would never happen with Amazon.
