Reclining Couch Purchase 12/6/21

I went in on 12/6/21 to look for a leather reclining sofa set and was immediately greeted by Walter E. He approached me with a smile and hand shake and directed me to the specific types of leather reclining couches. He walked with me to ensure if I had any questions, which I did. He answered every question very thoroughly and was professional and courteous. He gave me his card as I needed to go home and take some measurements.

I went back in later yesterday afternoon and he assisted with me to close out the transaction as well as explained the Goof protection, which I took for 5 years.
