I do not recommend working with this company

I do not recommend working with this company. They canceled my reservation without adequate notice, and their customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. I submitted documentation in accordance with their request, but they have not issued a refund at this time.

Poor service

I booked a hotel and was told that breakfast is included in the room rate. This is indicated in the documents, but it turned out to be not included in the hotel. It is impossible to contact agora, they do not have an email. Don't order from them.
