Food Delivery reviews

Great customer service; great veggies; very happy overall.
The customer service is great. We were having issue with the first few deliveries; however, upon reaching out to them in the hopes of resolving the issue, customer service offered to switch delivery providers. This wasn't a problem as we're in NYC with several options. Since then we've had no issues with deliveries being mishandled, delayed, damaged, or returned to sender.

The quality of the food is impressive (mostly). We're on the Whole30-compliant plan, and my wife has a few dietary restrictions, so we're already limiting ourselves quite a bit.

Veggies are not mush! I'm so impressed by this. Despite losing a bit of color and liquid during processing - broccoli is still crunchy; tomatoes hold their shape; greens have texture. This alone is worth the price, and has helped us keep to a Whole30 lifestyle long after one month.

With one exception, the proteins are great. Chicken thighs, salmon fillets, shrimp, sausages - tender, juicy, and flavorful. However, their steak options are downright inedible. Every other beef option that we were sent have been enjoyed (ground, braised, meatballs, meatloaf), but the steaks should be removed from the menu until a better cut is used.

Since users are unable to pick and choose which meals we receive, I thought maybe I could indicate we didn't want steaks anymore. But the available omissions don't differentiate between all of the beef options (as we still enjoy the others). We were able to tag our preference for no steaks to our profile via a customer service rep, but we've since received one steak meal (1/20 ain't too bad).
