I have never experienced such poor customer service

I have never experienced such poor customer service. Their systems do not work, and they blame the customer for the faults. They do not respond to emails and hang up on you when you call with a question. They are unprofessional, disorganised and incapable of helping with anything related to their faulty system.

Disrespectful and arrogant doctors

I received a text message from my doctor insinuating something, and he was disrespectful and short with me when I called about my thyroid condition. He specifically wanted me to get blood work again because I just had my blood tested 3 days ago. He also told me that I should see another doctor because he isn't going to help me with my situation or make it difficult for me.

We are requesting that Solidarity resolve this matter

Since July of 2018, we have been members of Solidarity and have been attempting to pay a substantial medical bill. Solidarity has repeatedly ignored or delayed the payment process. The bill has accrued interest in collections and Solidarity is unable to make a payment arrangement. We are requesting that Solidarity resolve this matter as soon as possible so that we may exit the organization.

Bad, very bad experience

After I turned 65, I asked GoForward whether Medicare would affect my membership. Two weeks later, they still have not responded to my inquiry. It seems that they are more interested in collecting insurance money than providing good healthcare.

I used Google to find this website, which I will use when I cannot see my primary care physician. I visited the website twice and had little to no wait time on either occasion. My prescriptions were filled efficiently, and the cost is much better than another service I was using.
