They did not receive the returned i

I did not like the wig I purchased from them (it was so so unnatural) and decided to return it to them and get a refund. They never gave my money back as it appeared that the item was sent "to the wrong address which could not be processed". How is that? They leave an address on their site and then they say that "it can't be processed". What a scam. I received my item back almost in a month. Lost my money and time. I will never order from them again.

Is PatPat legitimate?

Actually, it is. This was my first time buying from them: rompers and pajamas are just amazing. They actually solved the problem I was struggling with for a long time. I can actually now buy kids' staff online not worrying about the material quality and size. They do good services!

It was hard to get a refund

But still I managed to get a refund by calling them. The main problem was that I could not find the direct lovely wholesale customer service number on their website so I googled a bit. The support was very responsive and polite

Anniecloth Clothing & Accessories

Anniecloth is disappointing

Anniecloth has good photos of a wide range of great looking clothes and accessories at really low prices. I made my first order small to see the quality of the products and service. It took more than 5 weeks to ship 9 items. I am pleased with one pair of cute shoes that feel comfortable. I hope they hold up over time!
The other items were not nearly as substantial as they looked on the site, very thin material, and they sent the wrong color of one item. I decided not to bother with returns. I haven't washed any yet since I won't wear them until warmer weather, due to the skimpy fabric. They do fit - I guess that's the best thing I can say.

Poor experience at beautifulhalo

It was the worst customer experience ever! It took forever the clothes to be delivered (from China apparently); there were no instructions on the site and very awful customer service: when they reply you can see that it is google translate from Chinese. Absolutely awful experience and won’t ever buy from them again
