Extremely satisfied.

Very happy with styles, colors, quality, sizing, fit (true to my actual size), delivery and ordering experience. Yes, 2 items were backorder, but only by a few days (ordered just before Thanksgiving Holiday). Love they offer catalog shopping. Much easier to view product, than simply on computer.
I am an experienced catalog shopper. It has been a long time since I have decided to keep all items from an online order. No return necessary.

Beware...........

Buyer beware. I purchased a 500-piece jigsaw puzzle that was supposed to be 20 x 15 inches. I received a 252-piece puzzle that is 14 x 11 inches instead. I have attempted to contact customer service several times but no one responded. The puzzle is cheaply made with pieces that are all the same shape, size and thickness except for the border pieces.

I recently placed an order with this company

I recently placed an order with this company, and two items were missing from my order. The parcels were not damaged in transit, so I do not think that they were lost in transit. I contacted the company by email to see if they could locate the items for me. However, their customer service team told me that their system was correct and that I should check again because the items were definitely in my parcels. This is the same thing that happened when I ordered from them a couple of months ago. Their customer service is useless as they do not have a phone number to call them on. I will be sticking with high street stores in future when purchasing products like these.:

The worst departm store ever!

Worst department store ever. Purchased shoes that didn't fit. Returned them within the store's restrictive time window, but because Fed Ex was used to ship the package back, it took a month for Fed Ex to return the package to the store, and when they did they shipped it back to me. Because they had not checked the tracking number on their end before mailing the package back, they refused my return. After spending 45 minutes on hold with them in order to have a supervisor authorize my return via phone, I was forced to make yet another trip to their store, wasting yet more money and time.

I enjoyed it

I really enjoy the fit and length of these pants. They are baggy and wide-fitting, which is exactly what I wanted. I have only worn them once, but I can see that the stitching down the side of the leg is beginning to come apart. So I will probably need to sew them back up myself or take them into a tailor.

i've got no refund

I ordered some clothing from a company several months ago. The clothes did not fit me, so I returned them. The company never refunded my money for two weeks, saying that there was a problem with my credit card. They told me they could not refund me and that I should contact PayPal instead. When I disputed this charge with PayPal and asked the company to refund me through PayPal, they told me that they had already refunded my money. But this claim was not true—I never received the refund. After many attempts at contacting customer service and getting no response except for stock responses that were not true , it became clear that this company was lying about sending the refund and pocketing my money . That is why I do not recommend you shop there .

Poor quality

The company offered two black dresses for $69 each. After I purchased them, I was informed that the customs charges would be £65, which was not mentioned on their website. The dresses were of poor quality and did not match the colours advertised on the website.

Wrong sizes net!

I purchased two items, which I received after almost a month but had to pay customs as well. Even though I had paid almost 50 dollars for shipping, the items did not fit at all. The shoe was too small and the sleeve on the cardigan was unusually long. The pieces were clearly not tailored for a normal body shape and instead of making the sizing larger in one direction, the company appears to have simply added inches to every measurement (e.g., chest, hips). It is not worth it to send back international deliveries because of additional costs; therefore, I am just losing money. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Lovely Wholesale Clothing & Accessories

Great customer service

When my package from Lovely Wholesale was delivered to the wrong address, I contacted Customer Support and Cici was able to investigate my concern. Since it would have taken too long for me to get the items replaced, I received a refund for the purchase.
