The worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased 2 dress for a sweet sixteen party since January 17th and has not received it yet. I contacted this "new york dress" several times and they can't take responsibility for the delivery. This is so much unacceptable.
I will post my experience on every social media for the stress they caused.
