Scammers!

After I have lost he weight I decided to renew my wardrobe and ordered from this site for $450. I saw them in some ad on a facebook. I never received nothing! No receipt, no clothes, no nothing! They didn't answer me either! I filled a chargeback via PayPal but they refused me for some reason! I don't know what to do else except this - I will share my experience on each review site so people know and BE AWARE AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

firmoo.com is the best shop ever!

Cannot recommend Firmoo enough! I was initially suspicious because they always have coupon codes and the frames are so inexpensive, but the customer service is top notch. Though I was dissatisfied with the in person styles of some frames I ordered, customer service was easy to communicate with and gave me the proper refund for the returns. Plus buying prescription sunglasses for less than half the cost of elsewhere and having them be equal quality, I see Firmoo as a truly affordable alternative for stylish prescription glasses. Will definitely be checking back in for new frames and enjoying the sunglasses I kept!

Items where not delivered!!

I made an order with two blouses in jul 2020. It is mar 2021 now and I still have not received the items I purchased. I received a letter from them in feb 2021 asking to be patient. Patinet?! Really. Had to return my money with the bank chargeback. NOT RECOMMENDED!
