Horrible

I received a damaged item, I called the support service and wanted to exchange it for another one, but they told me that it was out of stock and then I asked for a refund, but I was refused. This company is customer service is awful to deal with I will never buy from them again and I will make sure none of my friends do it either. It has been a total headache.

Low quality. I ordered a T-shirt and part of the picture is not visible on it. On the net, the picture on the shirt is not the same as the one I received. The material is also different.

Horrible customer service!!!

They make it look easy to get computer insurance but you should really read the fine print. Getting a repair is next to impossible unless you are willing to fork over the money first and wait to be reimbursed. Horrible customer service and claims service!
