Beware!

I ordered socks for my husband. It took 3 weeks to receive the parcel. When the package arrived, the socks turned out to be too small, and I returned them. A week passed and I decided to call them, because I did not receive any information about receiving a refund. And they only offered me a gift card instead of topping up my account. The purchase is displayed on the credit card account. The email shows that we have returned the item in less than 30 days from the date of purchase. When discussing this issue with them, they said they would contact me in 24 hours. It's been 5 days and silence. I would not recommend shopping on this site.
