An excellent company

I find that Shein is an excellent company. The clothing it sells has a high quality, and is reasonably priced. I have never received an order containing errors, and return shipping fees are free for domestic orders and only $4 for international orders. I am pleased with my experience shopping with Shein, and will continue to do so in the future.

I purchased a Ford truck from them. I paid $1,000 in BitCoin, but despite their claim that "if not satisfied" with the vehicle, there was no refund. I was immediately contacted and told that since I had paid so little for the vehicle, they wanted an extra $1,000 BitCoin.

I have ordered products from this company on several occasions. On one occasion, I received a defective product with an order. I notified the company of the defect, emailed pictures, and we discussed the situation over email. The company was understanding, and refunded me for the defective item along with my shipping costs. In saying all this, it is important to note that there have been occasions when I had items lost or damaged in transit. This is mainly because I did not measure correctly or because of inaccuracies on their size charts and measurements. However, customer service has always been very understanding when I reached out to them about these issues and they have resolved them for me quickly and efficiently."

Reviews can be misleading

Reviews can be misleading. I bought an item from a seller with 100% positive reviews, but the seller never dropped off the item at the post office. After several days of no response from the seller, I contacted paypal. It took several weeks to get my money back. This site is not worth your time as it's difficult to leave reviews for sellers and it can't be trusted.

Don't take this risk

When I ordered two orders from one seller, both shipments never arrived. The seller claimed to have delivered them, but tracking information did not support his claim. I filed a dispute with the online marketplace DHgate and asked it to withhold payment from the seller until delivery was confirmed. However, when I contacted my local post office about this issue, it confirmed that it had not received either package. After just one day passed without any response from the seller or DHgate itself, my order was released and the funds were returned to him/her. As soon as this occurred, the seller deleted their shop/account on DHgate; therefore, there is no longer any way for me to receive assistance or a refund for my lost packages.

I was very disappointed by my experience there

I had never written reviews on any stores before, but I was compelled to write this one. The zucchini I purchased at 1849 Merivale went bad only two days after I bought it. By that time, the whole package of belly pork was ruined as well. Only the top layer remained edible. I was very disappointed by my experience there.

Busted

We have three grandsons who love to go to 5 Below. However, we've never gotten home with three toys that are quality items. Today they bought a 10-in-1 Space Excavation kit that was a piece of junk! It had chalky rocks that they were supposed to bust up to find "space treasures" inside. Well, they busted all of the chalky rocks to find only three little plastic toys and two rocks! That is a piece of junk!
We had three disappointed little boys because they now understand if you want quality items, you have to expect to pay for them!
They also echoed a comment about how they never get toys there that are exactly what the box says on the outside.
