Tradesy is the luxury fashion resale marketplace that empowers women to get the designer fashion they crave — on their own terms. We enable millions of customers to sell what's in their closets and fund their next shopping spree. All while saving up to 90% off retail. Why resale? Glad you asked. Fashion is the third most-polluting industry on the planet. Let that sink in for a second. Extending the life cycle of luxury goods reduces the demand for new items and creates less toxic fashion waste. That means more affordable luxury in all of our wardrobes — and less in landfills. Tradesy builds real technology solutions for age-old marketplace challenges, unleashing the sustainable power of peer-to-peer commerce. Our team is on a mission to change the world, one closet at a time. And while cleaning up the fashion industry is a tough job, we love a good challenge. We also love karaoke, afternoon yoga, and awkward birthdays. The best part? We're just getting started! Scroll on to learn more about our journey, values, and most importantly, our office dogs.
On July 16 I ordered a laptop. Order number: 60f26ac7ad891c6e74e1a12e. The goods were delivered from Spain to Latvia. The parcel was tracked by GLS, but for some reason the Latvian post sent the parcel back. I wrote to the seller and promised to return the money. I now have in the history of orders-Delivered. But it was delivered back to Spain, the seller has both goods and money and he is silent. I contacted the Support Service, but it seems that the robot answers there or is simply described like -, send the order ID, - I send. In response - ,, contact the support service ,, - and stuff like that. Where is it ,, Guaranteed refund ,,. Where else can I go?
This website is very hit & miss, I have ordered quite a few times and delivery has been faster than expected.
I have recieved many clothes which fit perfectly and I love them. Other times I've had items which are cheap looking and see through, or not as described.
I contacted customer services and they were great, one item had a mark on it & without having to send it back they just sent me a new one which came in a few days.
They put unreal tracking number after you pay for the item, so when you track it seems like the item is going to you but it does not arrive in 7-14 days. Afterall, you can't dispute the order and return money cause you agreed to their terms and refunds are not given within 14 days after the purchase. What a total SCAM! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
This company can't be trusted!
They are not responsible for that their sellers don't hold their word and just cancel orders and suggest items which are much expensive! They can't do anything when such situations arise but to send the automatic email that they are very sorry. But sorry for what exactly? You have to help or hold to your customers, show your commitments. BEWARE, buyers!
Two years ago, in February 2019 I attempted to make a $600 purchase on DGHate. At the time I paid with a bank transfer (Portuguese payment method "Multibanco"). The transaction was canceled by DHGate. I repeatedly contacted DHGate to have my money returned. I finally gave up after a few months and back and forth emails and messages. The money however remained in my DHGate wallet. After two years, I decided to return to my DHgate account to spend the $600 plus in my "DHGate account". To my surprise, the money is no longer in my DHGate account. This company is a scam. Does it rip everyone off? Probably not, but the odds of losing your money are better than 1 in 2. Just check the positive reviews, less than 2% over the last 12 months!
