In summation, the break-in process doesn't seem to help anything. After only a couple hundred miles my rotors warped, and my pad wore down very rough. The quality of the parts is poor and one has to replace them twice. I ended up using OEM parts off the shelf instead, just to get rid of them. Do not make the same mistake as I did. Save your money until you find someone you can trust.

Worst company ever

In February 2022, I placed an order for a tire and wheel package. My order was delayed three months on four different occasions. The company blamed these delays on Covid. At some point, you need to stop blaming Covid for your shortcomings and do what it takes to be a good business partner. I would not recommend or use this company again. I know I will never use them to order aftermarket parts again. This was a bad business experience. Do not use this company.

I think that the response your representative gave me to my review was lame. I think it's very unprofessional not to respond with a real response but with a standard response. I'm going to take my business somewhere else, because I'm not satisfied with your customer support.
