I needed to get my baggage back to the US, but an itinerary change during my trip to Ireland meant I had no time to pick up checked bags at my destination airport and then check them again in London. SendMyBag provided a convenient and easy-to-use service that took care of all of this for me - they picked up my bags at my hotel and delivered them to my front door in the US 5 days later. They kept me informed by email along the way, and followed up by phone shortly after delivery. The whole thing was handled with ease, so it seemed much more like a privately arranged transfer than a service costing hundreds of dollars. I would not hesitate to use the service again - it made for much simpler travel without checked bags!

DO NOT order from these people. They are thieves who will steal from you if you make a mistake in your order. They charged me $150 for shipping, even though the package weighed less than 200g! Note: Their other customers are fed up with their rort and are giving them one star reviews.

Poor quality

Very poor quality, say goodbye to the image after one wash. The worst customer service ever. They take weeks (not 24/7 as the site says) to reply. Then they claim that the item in question does not match their records. Send them a screen grab of the order which shows the item and you're met with radio silence. Never heard from them again.
