Very UNRELIABLE!

When I ordered a new ASUS ROG STRIX Z490-I GAMING LGA 1200 Intel Z490 SATA 6Gb/s Mini ITX Intel Motherboard from newegg.com, the box had already been opened and resealed by the time it arrived. When I opened the box, I discovered that the motherboard did not work—the pins on the CPU slot were bent. I contacted Asus tech support and they said they would return my call within 24-48 hours. Two weeks passed without hearing from them, so I called back myself and explained my problem to another rep. She apologized for the delay and said she would send out a replacement right away. No one contacted me again after this conversation either, so after two months without any word from them (and with no motherboard), I decided to call back again myself and ask if there was any update on my order status. This time around, they told me that they had never received my other motherboard back from repair—they had received a used one instead! They also told me that since my warranty had expired by the time I sent it in for repairs (three months past newegg's 30-day return policy), they could not do anything about it.

When I had a problem with a pair of shoes I bought from this company, they responded to my email right away and made sure that I was taken care of with a brand new pair of sneakers at no cost to me! They also let me keep the original pair I ordered as well. This company has amazing customer service; I will be ordering from them again!
