I have still not received my rebate

I placed an order for contact lenses in December 2021 and received a rebate form in January 2022. Five months have passed and I have still not received my rebate. I have spoken with customer service five times; each time they told me that the company distributing the rebates was delayed, but that they guarantee all rebates will be paid out. I will not be ordering from them again due to this experience.

I have been a loyal customer

I have used PSContacts for years and have greatly enjoyed their service. Shipping is fast, prices are low and there is a large variety of products to choose from. I am able to buy my prescription contact lenses two pair for $20 around $35 for six pairs. My favorite brand is Acuvue Oasis. However, in recent months since they partnered with VisionPros, it has all gone downhill. Prices went up just for a pair of lenses I would normally buy. Now I must purchase in large quantities making it more expensive and there is less variety. Before I would have given PSContacts ten stars; now zero if I could.

Please ship the correct products as soon as possible

I ordered Punkcase for Galaxy 10 Plus on August 17 and received an email confirmation from the retailer with a tracking number. However, my order was for Punkcase for Iphone 13 Max and Galaxy S20, and I do not own any of these devices. If this email is in error and my order has not been shipped yet, please ship the correct products as soon as possible.

Some of my friends as well have reported problems with peer-to-peer (p2p) trading on Bitskins, a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive marketplace. They report that sellers never send their items, and the site keeps their money.

I was unable to create an account with my order

I was unable to create an account with my order, but I have been able to link my recent order with an account I created after the fact. The company has sent confirmation emails and such, so it appears legitimate. Also, my experience so far has been good.
