The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They claim to be based in the UK, but they are not. The necklace I ordered for my niece never arrived. They claim it was returned to them because of an incorrect address, but when I wrote back to ask for details about this alleged return and asked for an explanation as to why they failed to send the correct address the first time, they ignored me. After many attempts on my part to contact them via email and phone call, they still refused to respond. Since Amazon has said that there is nothing else they can do for me, I guess it is up to me to warn others about this deceitful company.

This organization spams me between 5 and 10 times a day. I have never once signed one of their petitions and I am pretty sure they are just buying mailing lists and shooting out the spam. The unsubscribe button is useless. They need to be prosecuted for widespread spam.

Stopped answering emails

I signed up for the service and was initially pleased with it, but after a short time they stopped replying to my emails.
They promised to improve my credit score by a certain time; weeks later, no response from them, and no change in my credit score.

Not worth a buck!

This product is not worth the money. The company claims that their sunglasses are durable and will not break or scratch, but this is simply not true. When I reached out to their customer service department when my sunglasses were inevitably broken and scratched, they wanted me to pay $9 for shipping. This is not acceptable for a product with a lifetime warranty; therefore, I do not recommend buying these sunglasses.

Limits

The company limits who can message whom by putting an age range limit on the site, which I find unfair because you cannot message anyone 10 to 15 years older or younger than yourself. Also, what bothers me is that POF is quick to listen and believe in the little complaints about users and hand out quick profile deletions and bans without giving warnings.
