NourishLash is awesome

When I shaved my armpits, I unintentionally shaved part of my eyelashes off. I was distraught and did not know how to rectify the problem. I purchased NourishLash on the grounds that I expected it to grow back quickly. Although I did not begin using it until three weeks before, and only used it a couple of times each week, my eyelashes grew back within two months.

Rude!

As a first-time customer, I placed an order on May 19, and received it June 2. However, the shipping seems to have taken longer than usual. In addition, although I contacted their customer service through email and phone on June 1, the issue has not been resolved yet. If you want to order products from this company, I suggest that you do it only through the website or over the phone because they will probably take a longer time to deliver your items.

Fedex Shipping & Delivery

No one from FedEx has contacted me about the lost package

I have lived at the same address for over a year and FedEx feels it can leave my packages—along with those of many other residents—at any address along the street. I filed a complaint with FedEx in October regarding a lost package, but as of yet no one from FedEx has contacted me about it.

Do not waste your time or money with this company

Do not waste your time or money with this company. I paid extra to have a flexible ticket, but when I needed to change my return date, their customer service department could not make the change because my booking number was not on their system.
