After waiting five days for a package that was "Out for Deliver," I finally received an email stating, "Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time." This is code for "your package is lost or stolen."

I signed up for the VIP program 8 months ago and have yet to receive my Hair Tool machine, which was supposed to come with a $165 value. I have not received one response from them after multiple attempts to contact them through their website as well as phone calls.
