STOP!

I neglected to read the reviews on BOATID before placing an order. They shipped the box to the billing address, not the shipping address. The product was damaged. I shipped it back to them and they refused to reimburse me for my shipping costs or replace the product.

The part was not included

We bought an item, but the part we needed was not included. We returned the item and requested a refund to our original payment on April 3rd, which is 60 business days ago. Our return was received on April 3rd, and we have been requesting this refund ever since then. I understand that you are short-staffed and that it is taking longer than usual to process these requests; however, we were told by your representatives that it would take 5-10 business days for processing, which is well over that time frame. Please treat your customers with respect and provide them with what they are owed as quickly as possible. In addition, Cpp already keeps some of our money by charging a 20% restock fee when items are returned; please return what is ours just like we returned the product."

Wasted time

I have a solid grasp of the language I am studying. Duo provides me with a chance to practice my speaking skills, but I must be cautious to respond exactly as Duo expects. If I make a mistake when practicing with Duo, the discussion points do not always refer back to that mistake. This is frustrating. Additionally, the accents of the small child and grumpy old man are distracting; they detract from my ability to practice effectively.

I like the masks a lot because they are made of cotton and therefore do not make me sweat. They are a great product, comfortable, and can be used to put on your head at night. I recommend this brand because it uses organic cotton and I think that as a result of selling more of these kinds of products, there will be positive responses from customers who will want to buy more. If you come in packs like the others, I will be one of the first people to buy them.
