The quality is poor

The Oofos slides shrank 2 sizes in less than 24 hours. I contacted customer service and was told, "Yeah, that happens with this material." I was upset because the company did not make this fact known to its customers before we bought their shoes. They offered me 20% off my next $100 purchase but I felt they needed a higher standard of quality than that.

Customer service is awful

The process of uploading images to this site can be tedious, due to the fact that it will not let you crop your image to the desired size. If you make the picture smaller, then it makes the area in which to crop smaller as well. It doesn't help at all when it comes to correcting this problem. Customer service is lacking completely since there is no phone number and you must rely on email communication. To get any type of help will take days, if ever.

Make it more convenient to make one payment/month

Instead of deducting money every two weeks, it may be more convenient for some people to make one payment per month. There is also the possibility that there are people who cannot make payments every two weeks and would have difficulty doing so.
