Avoid! Just avoid

This package was picked up by LaserShip on 8/1/2022 and was supposed to be delivered the next day. The tracking information listed on their website indicated that the package had been delivered on 8/4/2022, but no driver came to the door and there was no sign of the package on that date. I called customer service to inquire about where the package might be, but they could not provide any answers.

Dissappointed with the quality

I received my four items today, and I'm disappointed with the quality for the price paid. As a consumer, I expect to be able to return products that are unsatisfactory, so it's unfortunate that the merchant's links for returns do not work.

Living Spaces Furniture Stores

No warranty!!!!! What a....

I purchased over $15,000 worth of furniture from the Living Spaces in Pflugerville TX. Only one of the items I purchased was covered by an extended warranty—a white outdoor sectional. I purchased it at the end of March 2018 and was told by the sales agent that all of their items have a one-year warranty. It looked amazing until I vacuumed it and noticed several areas where fibers were pulling out of the rug. When I called to discuss this issue with management, they refused to offer any kind of assistance as they stated that there is no warranty on that type of material. I am therefore placing a scathing Google review and spreading this information across every social media platform available in an effort to inform other potential customers about how poorly their products are made and how little integrity this company has when it comes to making good on its promises.
