The company should be banned from selling products

The company should be banned from selling products. I bought a Kodiak futon frame and mattress from Amazon, after reading 90+ 5 star reviews. It was $557 and arrived fairly quickly in 3 pieces. I hired a professional carpenter to assemble it because buyers said it took 4 hours to put together. The first night I slept on it I woke up multiple times in excruciating pain. I never had back pain before and this was extremely painful. I didn’t give up on it yet, I tried it again and the same pain occurred. I ordered a $200 mattress topper to try to remedy the situation. It did nothing. After spending an additional 350+ dollars on this junk, I initiated a return with Amazon; however, OJCommerce refused to accept assembled furniture back without a 20% restocking fee—even though customers were not given any information about this in advance or during their shopping experience, which allegedly lasted for nearly 2 months! In addition, even my dogs hate it!

Shein Marketplaces

An excellent company

I find that Shein is an excellent company. The clothing it sells has a high quality, and is reasonably priced. I have never received an order containing errors, and return shipping fees are free for domestic orders and only $4 for international orders. I am pleased with my experience shopping with Shein, and will continue to do so in the future.
