Beware...........

Buyer beware. I purchased a 500-piece jigsaw puzzle that was supposed to be 20 x 15 inches. I received a 252-piece puzzle that is 14 x 11 inches instead. I have attempted to contact customer service several times but no one responded. The puzzle is cheaply made with pieces that are all the same shape, size and thickness except for the border pieces.
