Horrible business

Despite offerup being good resource to buy used stuff, but offerup system is very weak to protect sellers eventhough you make transaction in offerup system. I put up for sale a couple of products at good prices. A couple of days later, I received an offer for one of the products from offerup as part of a system transaction. As soon as I mailed the product and notified the buyer, he canceled the offer. I couldn't cancel the shipment because the item had already been shipped. Here I lost my item and did not receive any payment.
