No free shipping on returns

I bought a pair of sneakers from Joe's New Balance Outlet. The strange thing is that there is no way to choose the size. I wrote my size in the comment. As a result, the sneakers came in the wrong size. I called customer service and they have no exchange for another size, only send the order back and pay for the shipping.
