Bad customer service

Poor customer service. Slow returns, to return the goods back you need to pay for delivery. It is better to order on Amazon, the prices are the same and there will be no problems with the return.

No free shipping on returns

I bought a pair of sneakers from Joe's New Balance Outlet. The strange thing is that there is no way to choose the size. I wrote my size in the comment. As a result, the sneakers came in the wrong size. I called customer service and they have no exchange for another size, only send the order back and pay for the shipping.
