I don't think this company deserves even one star, but apparently you have to rate at least one to write a review. I am not a customer nor will I ever be one. The customer service is lousy and the fact that I have to pay to chat is beyond ridiculous. I had a service call 3 days out to fix a line that was down. Never came. Called them the day they were to show, my ticket wasn't in the system. Said it'd already been done. Interesting, cuz it's still hanging. Way to go Jennifer. Let's see if Anna can fix it. Waiting...
