I was trying to change my payment method, but I had trouble updating my information. When I reentered it, I got an error message saying that something was wrong. Since I knew that my information was correct, I called customer service. Allen answered the phone and double-checked everything with me. He made sure that there wasn't a problem on his end. Then he realized that there may have been a glitch in their system when the info was transferred online. He fixed it right away and saved my weekend! He was very polite and patient while working with me. He deserves a day off for helping me out so much!
