If you want to cancel a pre‐order you pretty much have to ask for permission and the process is pretty complicated. The prices aren't that bad but there are other websites with better prices and shipping options. Purchasing things can be a mess because you have to wait one day or so to get a shipping quote and to do you have commit to purchase the items.
