Horrible shipping options
Absolutely horrible shipping options. Who the heck uses ups to ship to USPS? It literally took over a week for shipping on a package that should have taken 3 days at most. Contacted CS after the USPS claimed that I had "picked up" my package at the post office. I had not. They then claimed someone must have stolen my "peach slip." It was the first delivery attempt on a LOCKED MAILBOX! CS had no problem replacing my order but refused to change the shipping option AND SENT IT THE EXACT SAME METHOD AS BEFORE!!!!! So now I get to wait another two weeks and hope that my order shows up again.
