Encompass Electronics Repairs

Horrible service

I ordered a battery. when I received it, it turned out to be faulty. I contacted the support service and they said to send it back and they will send a new one. After sending back the battery under warranty, they cannot provide me with another one because it was not available, so I ask for a refund, but they are silent.
