Horrible

Ok, so where do I start. I order and placed an order for a hot brush got something different sent to me with a missing barrel lol. I got to look for a customer service number nope only chat. So they didn't listen to what I was saying kept telling me that's what you order whatever so I couldn't deal with it was a waste of time. I have a volume 3 play with a small barrel I have very long hair I can't even use it. It's my fault I never order from an online sponsor post and I did lesson learned.
