Don't order, just don't

We placed an order for 2 pairs of kids boots for a trip we are taking. The website indicated that the boots were in stock, so we used PayPal to pay for them immediately. A week later, an email informed us that these boots were no longer available. This is poor inventory management on your part; it put us in a bind just before our trip. We suggest that you work with reputable retailers moving forward.
